Abstract

The “Mappa della memoria” (“Map of Memory”) project, promoted by the Lugo Division of the National Association of Italian Partisans (ANPI) in primary and secondary schools, taking part in the citizenship project of the Emilia-Romagna Region “ConCittadini” (“Fellow Citizens”), was a valid example of the pursuit of the objectives of the Civic Education curriculum through a marked transversality between different disciplinary areas, especially when the project was focused on: between the fifth grade classes of primary school, for the class VC of the “Codazzi - Gardenghi” School, the Article 9 of the Italian Constitution, which led to awareness of the cultural and environmental assets protected by the Nation; for the third grade classes of lower secondary school, a conscious research path on the historical, political and ideal motives that are at the basis of the fundamental law of the Italian State.
